Elite -Build transformed a tired two bedroom bungalow into a modern 3 bedroom beautiful home for an older client who lived alone. We created a loft room with a Cabrio balcony glazing system adding light and the option of having a balcony when our client desired. Full house renovation adding an en-suite wet room and utilty room to the kitchen.  We changed the existing rear extension to a conservatory with a set of bi-folds onto the rear garden.
